Accepted Payment Method

At present, Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only payment method available on zpmobile.in.

Customers can place an order online and pay the total invoice amount in cash at the time of delivery.

Please Note:

  • COD is available only for eligible products and serviceable PIN codes.
  • ZP Mobile reserves the right to restrict or disable COD for certain products, locations, or high-value orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Payment must be made in full to the delivery executive at the time of delivery.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready, wherever possible, to ensure a smooth delivery process.
  • Orders may require OTP verification before successful delivery.
  • Failure to make payment at the time of delivery may result in cancellation of the order.

Order Verification

To prevent fraudulent orders, ZP Mobile may contact customers by phone, SMS, or email to verify order details before dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if:

  • The customer cannot be reached for verification.
  • The delivery address or contact details are incorrect or incomplete.
  • The order appears suspicious or fraudulent.

Pricing

  • All prices displayed on zpmobile.in are in Indian Rupees (₹).
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices, offers, and product availability may change without prior notice.

Pricing Errors

While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or typographical error, ZP Mobile reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer accordingly.

Fraud Prevention

ZP Mobile reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.
  • Limit the number of orders placed by a customer.
  • Cancel duplicate or bulk orders placed with fraudulent intent.

Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy.

For COD orders, approved refunds will be processed through online bank transfer after the customer provides valid bank account details.
