Pre-Booking Terms
By placing a pre-booking order with ZP Mobile, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- A pre-booking is only a reservation request and does not guarantee product availability, allocation, or delivery.
- Product allocation depends on stock availability, manufacturer supply, and distribution schedules.
- ZP Mobile reserves the right to limit the quantity of products that may be pre-booked by a customer.
- Unless otherwise stated, customers may pre-book one (1) unit per model.
Product Availability
Pre-booked products are supplied strictly based on:
- Manufacturer allocation
- Stock availability
- Order confirmation sequence
- Serviceable delivery location
In the event of limited supply, ZP Mobile reserves the right to allocate products at its sole discretion.
Order Confirmation
If your preferred product becomes available:
- Our team may contact you through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
- Customers may be required to confirm their purchase within 24 hours of receiving the notification.
- Failure to respond within the specified period may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Advance Payment
If an advance payment is required for a specific pre-booking offer:
- The amount and applicable terms will be displayed during checkout.
- Advance payments will be adjusted against the final invoice at the time of purchase.
- If ZP Mobile is unable to supply the product due to stock unavailability, the advance amount (if any) will be refunded according to our Refund Policy.
Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of a pre-booking before the product is dispatched.
Where an advance payment has been made, refunds will be processed according to the applicable Refund Policy.
Cancellation by ZP Mobile
ZP Mobile reserves the right to cancel any pre-booking due to:
- Product unavailability
- Manufacturer supply issues
- Pricing errors
- Technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
If any payment has been received, it will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
Product Delivery
Estimated delivery dates displayed during pre-booking are approximate and may change depending on:
- Manufacturer production schedules
- Import or transportation delays
- Government regulations
- Courier availability
- Force majeure events
ZP Mobile does not guarantee delivery on any specific date unless explicitly confirmed.
Personal Use
Products purchased through pre-booking are intended for personal use.
ZP Mobile reserves the right to cancel bulk or commercial orders placed for resale purposes.
